By using the pikeluck.best website and its associated mobile application ("the Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. In this document, "pikeluck", "we", and "our" refer to the operating entity behind pikeluck, while "member" and "you" refer to any registered user.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the final and binding reference.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any verified balance can be withdrawn. Please note that any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you choose self-exclusion, your account can be locked for a set period. During this time, the account will not be reactivated under any circumstances.

Pikeluck believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Pikeluck provides the following tools free of charge to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
